A key contributor to the start-up and growth of business.• Provide administrative support to Vice President Programming/Production and Directors of Programming and Production• Secondary support to CEO, Chief Operating Officer/CFO, and Executive Committee• Responsible for converting manual programming to a software-based management system• Institutional knowledge• Programming liaison - Maintain positive relationships with program suppliers, providing technical assistance and guidance as well as managing program supplier’s expectations in relation to air schedule on a dynamic, event based, network. - Update and classify daily program listings on-line - Create monthly program and broadcast schedules for media distribution - Track daily Nielsen ratings relating to pro product (Red Sox, Bruins) and secondary programming. Ratings used by sales department to set price points with clients Projects:• Coordinated company-wide computer system and network integration. Researched software packages and provided upgrade recommendations.• Designed templates for sales representatives to streamline processes and increase efficiency• Coordinated special events/functions, meetings and luncheons and interaction with ownership (e.g., seasonal events involving pro sports teams, designing invitation and purchasing game tickets).
