Responsible for oversight of the Contractor Compliance Program within the Montana Department of Transportation Office of Civil Rights. Ensuring compliance with Federal, State and local laws, rules and regulations including but not limited to the Civil Rights Act, ADA, GINA, ADEA and Prevailing Wage Law. Administer program policies and administrative rules to ensure program management and operations are consistent with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Coordinate program implementation to ensure high quality, efficient, cost effective program delivery. Evaluate and resolve program related requests and complaints with appropriate actions. Integrate EEO, Title VII and federal-aid Labor compliance into highway project contract administration and construction project management. Review policy changes and provides technical support, guidance and training in interpreting federal and state laws and MDT policy to both internal and external customers.
