I oversaw the operations of the entire restaurant including hiring, ordering, merchandising, and training. I assisted my team wherever necessary including running food, expo, bussing etc. As a manager with Margaritaville I was responsible for maintaining new hire paperwork of all employees, I was responsible for promotion paperwork and termination paperwork. I managed a P&L that managed the cost of goods and services for the restaurant. I maintained the schedules after completion to make sure they fit with in our labor cost.

Oversee operations of the entire store. Work with and encourage management staff by assigning divisions of responsibilities. Hold biweekly management meetings that discuss performance, place, product and people. Attend weekly conference calls for the district. Create and distribute monthly newsletter for the district.

I oversaw the operations of the retail store including hiring, ordering, merchandising, and training within the retail store. I was also fully involved in the restaurant side helping guests and associates daily to meet our goals. As a manager with Margaritaville I am also responsible for the new hire paperwork of all employees. I also handled any other personnel needs such as promotion paperwork, payroll processing and more. While working with Margaritaville I had the opportunity to open the restaurant in Syracuse and work in the original Margaritaville in Key West Florida.

I over saw my own store and 6 other stores in the Syracuse area. I was responsibly for recruiting and hiring all levels of store employees. In my time with Genesco I promoted multiple individuals to store manager roles and became an authorized auditor within the company.

As a store manager I was responsible for everything within my four walls. Including hiring and recruiting for part time associates and my co manager. As a store manager I became an authorized auditor and helped within various stores in my district when necessary.

My first experience with Journeys was opening a new location in Watertown, NY. While at that location I obtained a sales achievement award for 25% sales increase over plan in 2009 and was able to attend the sales meeting at home office in Nashville, TN. While working in the Watertown location I became an authorized auditor and helped train new managers at various locations in NY State.
