I am Kathleen, an award-winning Leadership and Learning Development Specialist who has driven transformational and impactful corporate learning for more than 10 years. I am passionate and experienced in empowering leaders and organisations through ‘People-Centred’ and ‘Build-for-Purpose’ Solutions. I have helped national organisations in the healthcare, community services and education sector take care of their people through highly relevant, customised and engaging programmes/trainings/courses on Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Coaching and Co-Creation. With a Master of Learning and Professional Development as well as credentials in learning strategies, coaching, facilitation and innovative instructional design, I uphold professional standards and see to measurable outcomes. As a curriculum-developer and facilitator, I have designed and delivered training for more than 8,000 learners with differing profiles, including lecturers, youths, senior volunteers, executives, managers, high potentials, directors, and business owners. My training effectiveness evaluation is well-raved despite the diversity.In the healthcare industry, I pivoted major organisational transformation with practical and positive implementation in less than 3 years. I also outperformed another employer’s expectations with excellent organisational strategising, learner engagement and problem-solving within 2 years of entering the new industry. From my keenness to engage, I was the sole trainer appointed as a Public Service Career Coach and was the first admin staff to be offered a lecturer position.
