I work with leaders and teams in high stress professions (e.g. law, healthcare, finance, media) who tend to face gender, race or multicultural challenges when leading across differences. I love to equip people to make the changes they need to become their best selves as leaders and achieve their professional dreams, especially in these tumultuous times. Some are already in the C-Suite, others may just be emerging as leaders. What they have in common is wanting to make a difference in this global community, and a desire for a thought partner to propel them along the way. My passion is to equip people to speak impactfully and lead inclusively… with authenticity and effectiveness. How do I help? In many ways.I provide executive coaching, coaching Super-Vision, leadership consulting, speaking, and mediating. I also regularly present EQ, DEIB and Inclusive Leadership workshops and keynotes to private and public clients. I bring to the executive coaching field over two decades of leadership, team-building and storytelling experience ~ as a lawyer, leader, and board chair. As a former jazz musician and trial lawyer, I also firmly believe in the power of practice and the value of feedback. When I became a certified coach, I saw a need for a more emotionally intelligent approach to gathering and delivering feedback. This led me to co-author Fearless Feedback: A Guide for Coaching Leaders (available on Amazon.com and Target.com). I use stakeholder feedback to equip leaders with the deeper discernment and powerful practices they need to achieve results they seek. As for my executive coach training, I earned my master coach credentials at Hudson Institute and achieved PCC certification with ICF. Along the way, I created a proprietary model for understanding and embracing gender differences in leadership and communications: the Gender Alliance ® (Check out my ZED talk at www.marronalliance.com). Recently, I earned my Coaching Supervision Diploma in the UK at CSA International.
