As Director of the PMO for CenturyLink's new Global IT Services (GITS) business, responsible for:- Project management delivery services/engagement delivery performance- Learning programs and mentoring on project manager consultant skills - Resource capacity/demand/planning/recruiting/talent management- Opportunity intake/offer management/contract pricing- Business operations/ budget/financial planning/controls/PMO processes/tools/reporting/integration of new company acquisitions NOTABLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS:- Grew PMO resource capacity and scalable processes to meet a 300% increase in project volume.- Increased Project Management services revenue by 500%. - Met or exceeded net profit margin targets on completed engagements. - Achieved high customer satisfaction on all project deliveries. - Created new reports and KPIs on project status, executive dashboards and pro forma financials.- Stood up a new engagement staffing, vendor and talent managment function.- Managed PMO support of pre-sales engagement intake, offer management and contract pricing - Implemented Clarity PPMIS across GITS delivery and support teams. - Drove resource demand efficiencies in staffing from GITS on/offshore and sub-contractors. - Mentored/coached/trained new PMO resources on client delivery best practices and policies.

Concurrently ran two EPMO functional areas: As an Application Portfolio Manager, led a team of project managers who suppored Oracle applications, financial reporting, supply chain and data management initiatives. Also managed a dedicated Agile team that supported on going application maintennace and enhancements. As the EPMO Planning and Governance Manager, led the Clarity PPMIS implementation and user training, IT capacity and demand planning, project budgets and financials, staffing requests, project management processes, best practices and IT performance metrics and scorecards.

Led this Federal and Defense technical services contracting firm's Information Technology and Human Resources departments. Implemented a SaaS labor time entry system at a prime contract site. Delivered a new talent recruiting system including interviewing policies and procedures. Implemented a new managed hosted services and platform, delivered a new SharePoint site and created an Information Management plan. Realigned the Human Resource department to support multiple business units and contracts. Developed and delivered enterprise wide training programs for all management levels. Deployed a fully compliant set of human resource policies, procedures and best practices.

Launched the Business Intelligence Practice in the Southwestern U.S. from ground zero. Within two years grew a profitable consultancy of 90 consultants and 8 management principals delivering business intelligence, eCommerce and information management solutions to global leaders in the energy, telecommunications, distribution and health care sectors.
