Programming/Development Tools: SAP ABAPDuties/Responsibilities:• As an Offshore Team Lead - Manage resources and workloads of the offshore team of up to 13 members- Provide technical / management solutions within the team - Coach and assist other team members on ABAP technical matters- Conduct weekly offshore meetings- Provide daily/weekly status update with the onsite lead- Technical Designer and Developer • As a Sub Team Lead - Manage resources and workloads of the sub team with 2 members- Provide daily status update with the onsite counterpart- Perform peer reviews and quality checks- Technical Designer and Developer• As a Technical Designer/Developer - Analyze functional specification/high level technical designs - Creates technical designs based from the business/functional requirement- Discuss business requirements and issue resolutions with the functional counterpart- Develop SAP reports, conversions, enhancements, forms and interface programs across modules- Customise ESS/MSS workflows- Conduct unit/component test of completed programs- Basic configuration - Debug and fix issues during support phase- Find and apply SAP OSS notes- Enhance program performance/program optimization

Programming/Development Tools: SAP ABAPDuties/Responsibilities:• As a Development Lead - Manage resources and workloads of the offshore team with 8 - 13 members- Coach and assist other team members on ABAP technical matters- Conduct Root-Cause-Analysis, Post Mortem and other metrics/audit activities for the team- Technical Designer and Developer• As a Technical Designer/Developer - Analyze functional specification/high level technical designs - Creates technical designs based from the business/functional requirement- Communicates directly with the functional designers and development lead of counterparts for the status reporting, estimating/budgeting, functional and technical walkthroughs, project management and planning- Develop SAP reports, conversions, enhancements, forms and interface programs across modules- Enhance Dealer Portal (BSP)- Conduct unit/component test of completed programs- Debug and fix issues during support phase- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with the client- Assigned in Lafayette, Indiana, USA to work onsite on SAP Dealer Portal and support go-live production (April 2006- May 2006)- Dealer Portal project set to production – The on-line based SAP transactions was successfully sent to production for the first time after the customization/enhancements made by the team. The dealers on the remote areas were able to transact their business on line. This contributed additional sales to the company
