I am a dynamic and compassionate individual dedicated to championing creativity, wellbeing, and health equity across the lifespan. Recently graduating with the world’s first Master’s in Arts & Sciences at University College London (UCL), specializing in Creative Health, I sought to integrate a decade of professional experience in design, production, and movement-based practices with interdisciplinary and holistic approaches to health. My studies at UCL illuminated the intersections of arts, health, and wellbeing in research and policy. Equipped with innovative methods, I am adept at co-producing effective interventions and impact measures. This academic journey has honed my ability to thrive in high-pressure creative and health research and evaluation roles.Concurrently, I successfully managed Revive Yoga London, one of South London’s leading community yoga and pilates studios. Throughout my two-year tenure as Studio Manager, I was responsible for overseeing daily operations, marketing, and customer service, I cultivated a positive and supportive environment, fostering a sense of community among both clients and staff.My educational foundation includes a bachelor's degree in fashion design from Kingston University and a foundation diploma in art and design from the University of Wales. With a rich background as a fashion designer and styling assistant for renowned brands and media outlets, including Katharine E Hamnett, Judy Wu Ltd, River Island, Planet Knox Ltd, ITV, BBC, and Guardian News Ltd, I have honed skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, trend analysis, concept development, and more.Beyond my professional pursuits, I am a certified yoga teacher and children's yoga teacher, leveraging my passion for wellbeing to make a positive impact. As a dedicated advocate of all movement practices, I continually seek to enhance the holistic wellbeing of myself and others through the integration of creativity and health knowledge.
