It is a comprehensive, fully accredited community based human services organization offering programs under three major divisions—Child Development and Youth Services, Behavioral Health and Clinical Services, and Employment and Community Support Services.· Start up: develop plan and procedures, purchase and configure database, initiate agency communications and signature event. Implement planned giving. Ensure activities meet high standards of ethics and best practices.· Engage board to provide increased financial support and personal leadership in raising private dollars, increasing board giving by 50 percent. · Provide intellectual leadership in developing staff writer program area expertise, doubling grant and contact proposal submissions. Write successful state and private grants.
