Joining RiteChoice has brought my career full circle from its beginning when I worked for many years in a pharmacy as a technician.As a seasoned COO, I have deep operational experience and a track record of successfully leading several companies through growth while successfully managing the internal changes to the business. My approach is always focused on building and developing strong teams, by allowing individuals to build expertise and creating opportunities for their growth. I leverage my uncanny ability to see the business strategically and align tactical operations to efficiently deliver results.Working in the FQHC world and embracing RiteChoice’s mission and contribution to the 340B program is exactly the type of challenge that I likes to embrace. My unique career experience and deep operational expertise brings value not only to RiteChoice but to its FQHC partners. I am passionate about my role in this integrated health landscape and I bring a unique perspectives with my own mission to collaborate towards successful outcomes for RiteChoice patients, providers, partners, and employees.
