Plans, monitors and evaluates the agency’s economic development services, including micro-lending, small business development and IDAs for new Americans; the International Institute Global Farm; the Business Solutions Center with fee-based interpretation and translation as well as cross cultural training for more than 300 companies in the region; and the agency’s finance operations.

The IICDC engages in community and economic development activities to build secure and successful neighborhoods in the St. Louis metro area where low-to-moderate income people, especially immigrants and refugees, live and work by promoting business developmnet.

Safe Connections is an organization working to reduce the incidence and impact of relationship violence through individual and group counseling, community and prevention education, and a 24-hour helpline.

Performed tasks with increasing complexity and responsibility, culminating in company-wide special project assignments to provide accounting support in inter-departmental special projects for the installation of new leasing and investor servicing systems, and conversion to an in-house receivable portfolio system. Responsibilities in the installations and conversions were to ensure the accounting integrity of subordinate in-house systems and verification of the successful flow of data through all reports.
