Organized student mentor programs, VIP and sponsor events, and the annual Gala. Created budgets, timelines, production schedules and provided vendor management, technical production, entertainment, catering, and speaker services.Created with the Executive Director processes, procedures, selection criteria, forms, databases, and designed checks and balances for the selection process for a newly established scientific and business award—the Bower Awards for Science and the Bower Award for Business from a $7.4 million dollar bequest to The Franklin Institute. Managed the old and distinguished scientific awards program dating back to the 1800’s with the goal of incorporating both programs to form the annual Franklin Institute Science Awards. Researched scientific organizations worldwide to identify leading scientists, including Nobel Laureates, and researchers to invite to Selection Committees to determine annual recipients of the Bower Award working with Academies of Science and Institutes of Science throughout the world.
