Compile data for weekly sales report and distribute to executives and owner.

Manage the daily operations of the center including the front counter, café, bars, arcade and laser tag. Assist guests with issues in the center. Assist in hiring new team members. Maintain liquor and beer pars and order when needed. Motivate team members to reach sales goals particularly in the food and beverage area.

Manage operations for Philly Tap and Tavern and Cafe Napoli. Interact with all guests to ensure that their expectations are being satisfied, paying special attention to our highest players of the tier system, Diamonds and Seven Stars. Motivate team members to achieve daily sales goals and drive guest satisfaction. Review, correct and submit payroll for all line level employees. Create schedules for all line level employees.
