As the CMO of ClearedJobs.Net, I lead a phenomenal team that cares about our customers, both the job seekers and the employers. We offer outstanding programs and services that support recruiting in the security cleared community, such as a job board, job fairs, direct marketing, and social media.I am also passionate about building and serving other communities in the cybersecurity and talent acquisition fields. I am the Director of Hire Ground, a two-day career track at BSidesLasVegas, where I help security professionals build their career networks and hone their job search skills. I am also the President of recruitDC, a volunteer organization that brings first-rate conferences and networking events to the Washington DC talent acquisition community. Additionally, I host a podcast called Security Cleared Jobs: Whose Hiring & How, where I talk to our customers and find out how to better serve our community.
