Being the Operations lead of the Creative Service group, one of my main roles is to work cross functionally with the many business units and marketing teams at NB. My team is often the content hub that people rely on to get information and further direction. I work very hard to communicate with the various departments to make sure everyone is on the same page and to ensure their needs are being met. I have a very good understanding of the overall strategy of the brand but also detail into each category from marketing to product management, sales and merchandising. I have successfully been able to prioritize jobs and bring focus and understanding to the CS team as the key liaison between marketing and Creative Services. Over the past 7 years at New Balance I have been highly involved in the overall creative workflow process. I have been in the forefront of improving process, planning timelines and managing logistics from start to finish for all projects that run through Creative Service. Trafficking creative work for review and further development is a huge part of my role now. I help the team keep to schedules and budgets and manage overall execution. I am extremely organized and detailed oriented. I am realistic in expectations and do whatever I can to get the job done. As a manager of three associates, I have had the opportunity to start building a small operations team. I assist in assessing their priorities and focus, giving them the support and direction they need to achieve. As I team, we have been successful providing support to the designers and building stronger communication out to key users. Outside my direct team, I also bring clarity and focus to the design team. In collaboration with the Creative Director, it is our job to communicate brand strategies and new creative work from all agencies. Also to outline priorities as we oversee all workloads.

As a Customer Experience manager, I have recently shifted my role from managing and producing global sales meeting and events to specializing in digital and virtual sell in executions. My focus is on crafting and producing industry leading digital content; while developing distribution solutions to influence product and marketing sell-in across the organization. I manage and direct strategic planning, content execution and delivery for New Balance’s global sell in, biannually. These seasonal launches are highly complex and entail cross-organization coordination across many business units/departments/regions. Within the past 2 years, I have recently introduced and created a new Immersive virtual sell-in experience; with a focus on customer facing deliverables. My overall objective is to ensure we are equipping the global markets and sales teams with necessary tools to achieve sales targets and create ‘best in class’ sell in experiences to key accounts, regions and buyers.
