    Being the Operations lead of the Creative Service group, one of my main roles is to work cross functionally with the many business units and marketing teams at NB. My team is often the content hub that people rely on to get information and further direction. I work very hard to communicate with the various departments to make sure everyone is on the same page and to ensure their needs are being met. I have a very good understanding of the overall strategy of the brand but also detail into each category from marketing to product management, sales and merchandising. I am extremely organized and detailed oriented. I am realistic in expectations and do whatever I can to get the job done. As a manager of three associates, I have had the opportunity to start building a small operations team. I assist in assessing their priorities and focus, giving them the support and direction they need to achieve. As I team, we have been successful providing support to the designers and building stronger communication out to key users. Outside my direct team, I also bring clarity and focus to the design team. In collaboration with the Creative Director, it is our job to communicate brand strategies and new creative work from all agencies. Also to outline priorities as we oversee all workloads.
