Customers include federal, state, and local government as well as private sector commercial and residential clients. Participate as key stakeholder for strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of ongoing business initiatives in support of the business plan. Identify opportunities for new business and write proposals in response to federal Requests for Quotes. Accomplishments include revenue growth of over 25% in second year of business, including three federal awards.

Served as Senior Nurse Executive for a Health Care System including a 120 bed community hospital and 55 primary and specialty care clinics serving military service members, retirees, and beneficiaries. As a member of the Command Staff, set organization's strategic priorities and maintained accountability for optimal patient outcomes. Responsible for a budget in excess of $8,000,000. Selected to lead a team to operationalize the Chief, Army Nurse Corps' Strategic Imperatives. Served as the principal investigator for a multi-site research study evaluating the impact of the built environment on patient outcomes.

Responsible for a $122,000 budget.

Provided direction and supervision to departments of Credentials, Risk Management, and Performance Improvement and served as Commander's lead for compliance with continuous accreditation readiness and compliance.
