Kathleen Gentile grew up in the Northwestern suburbs of Chicago where she spent weekends and summers working in her parent’s successful real estate firm. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University, she began her career in banking as a mortgage loan analyst and then spent three years as the assistant to the top producing mortgage banker in Chicago.She has spent more than two decades with her finger on the pulse of Chicago’s vibrant real estate market. Her vast experience has given her the ability to assess the needs of home buyers, their real estate agents and attorneys.
