• Preparation/lodgement of tenement obligations necessary to satisfy the requirements of the Mineral Resources Act 1989 and the Environmental Protection Act 1994.• Advice regarding governmental policies, regulatory processes and legislative requirements.• Assistance with Government relations.• Scoping and detailing approval processes and strategies.• Prepare and lodge applications for mining, exploration, development and production tenures • Achieve grant and maintain statutory compliance of tenements. • Assess availability of land, the administration of pre-grant requirements• Prepare and lodge statutory requirements for exploration, development and productions tenures under legislation within legislative timeframes.• Prepare and lodge post-grant dealings for exploration, development and productions tenures • Preparation of written technical annual reports, correspondence and briefs.• Preparation of technical tenement strategies including project status applications, relinquishment offsets and variations. • Ensure the maintenance of complete and accurate records of actions relating to the administration of mining, exploration, development and petroleum tenures on Land Access Management System (LAMS)• Regular liaison with government departments and legal entities to ensure compliance with legislation• Monitor and review work activities daily for all clients to ensure compliance with legislative timeframes• Prepare and lodge Activity Notices for land access, as required by clients• Generation and manipulation of tenement maps • Overseeing consultancy needs of client• Providing advice based on legislative changes• Identifying new opportunities for servicing client• Troubleshooting client issues as required
