About Kathleen Goense

Board & Executive roles, that's my experience. In the Netherlands and as internationally-experienced leader of change.I am skilled in creating and executing new strategies with a team of professionals, and transforming business plans and strategy development into concrete results. As a senior executive, I am committed to finding the right talent and connecting these dynamic people to my innovation plans. I believe in having fun as a team, fostering the growth of talent, and building a company to be proud of. Aside of the executive role I love Supervisory Roles, to add my value in Boards and to companies and organisations from a different angle. In 360 feedback as Boardmember my added value is seen in 1) Strategy making & having it realised, 2) listening & understanding market dynamics, 3) organisational dynamics, 4) Board team work and 5) adressing difficult topics as a BoardAs Executive and Supervisory Board member, my focus has always been in (having) the stategy executed in concrete results. For DLL, I quadrupled net profit and the business portfolio. In Africa, I achieved a tenfold increase to the business portfolio of one of my clients, where I established an Agri division. My track record in initiating innovation, turnaround and up scaling, makes me the right leader for a company that wants and needs change in Business to Business Segments. As a businessperson and forward thinker, I am able to forge solid relationships and build consensus across multiple organizational levels. I have built partnerships with clients and within the market, that have been game changers for companies. Leasing, Invoice Discounting, Banking, Agribusiness have been sectors that I worked in, but actually I have a particular interest in many other sectors in B2B. My language fluencies are Dutch, English French and German, and I am also conversational in Spanish.

Listed skills include Strategy, Business Strategy, Executive Management, Business Development, and 22 others.
