CurrentTrial counsel based in the Boston office of Campbell Campbell Edwards & Conroy. I am admitted in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire and Vermont federal court. My practice focuses on aviation defense including the defense of airlines, airport authorities, aircraft and helicopter manufacturers and component part manufacturers. My aviation practice is diverse and includes the defense of wrongful death and personal injury claims as well as claims brought under the Montreal Convention and other international treaties and the Air Carrier Access Act. I served as counsel for one of the non-carrier airlines in the In Re September 11th litigation and, in that capacity, also represented corporate witnesses during interviews with the Kean Commission. I continue to be included in the Who's Who Legal Aviation: ContentiousI also focus on product liability litigation involving a variety of home and industrial products and machines and the defense of pharmaceutical manufacturers in drug and medical device litigation.. I am on the Board of Directors of the International Aviation Women's Association (IAWA) and serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. I serve on the Board of Directors of the National Foundation for Judicial Excellence and serve as Vice Chair of the Management Council of DRI’s Center for Law and Public Policy. Past Officer and member of the DRI Board of Directors. I am member of the American, Boston and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) and the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers' Association. I was named a Top Women of the Law by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
