I am a Clinical Research Study Coordinator in the Clinical Research Branch (CRB) at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) in Durham, North Carolina. I support scientists, researchers, and principal investigators who conduct human subjects research with regulatory, study management, and study implementation aspects of their protocols. I've held a variety of different roles within the public health field for more than 17 years, specifically in clinical research for 7 years.In my spare time, I am a digital, natural light photographer. I have published work in the New York Times, have taken author portraits for Tracy Deonn's Young Adult New York Times bestsellers in "The Legendborn Cycle". I also have published images in Christine Parks' book, "Grow Your Own Tea: The Complete Guide to Cultivating, Harvesting, and Preparing". I mainly focus on supporting women-owned small businesses, professional portraiture, and lifestyle photography.
