Kathleen Hatfield is an accomplished communications strategist with a proven track record leading successful media relations, marketing, and corporate communications programs. She is a senior advisor at Perceptual Advisors and runs a Miami-based consultancy called Volantis Group, through which she delivers PR and marketing advice to interesting companies, primarily in the professional services space. A recent client is Binc, a leading technology recruiter for companies like Airbnb, Instacart, Nest, Robinhood, Stripe, and TikTok, where she provided guidance to help Binc strengthen its brand and achieve its business goals. For most of her career she was a partner at Lippincott, a global branding and design firm. She led Lippincott's brand launch PR for McDonald's, Delta Air Lines, Starbucks, Infiniti, Hyatt, Samsung, Citizens Bank, Dell, Kemper, TACA, Vale, Nissan, Sprint, and Walmart. She was a director in the corporate/financial practice at Burson-Marsteller (now BCW). At Burson, she managed a team that performed PR and reputation management for Accenture's retail, consumer goods, and chemicals operating units. She ran the financial media relations program for Coach, Inc., partnering with the head of Investor Relations to plan and execute IPO communications, CEO media relations, and roadshows.
