I work closely with all partners and directors throughout the firm to attract and retain top talent for our firm. I have a passion for connecting with recent college graduates as well as experienced accountants and professionals and to on-board them to our amazing team. Hiring and training go hand in hand and my role allows me to be an integral part of the candidate’s firm orientation and training throughout their career.

I had the opportunity in 2004 to explore a creative passion I had always had in merchandising. After working in Accounting for many years, merchandising was a field I was very excited to explore. While at Crate&Barrel I had the opportunity to learn all aspects of the sales and merchandising process which culminated in a position Visual Merchandising Manager. As a VMM, my responsibilities included planning, executing and supervising all visual displays and furniture room settings, seasonal floorplans, window displays, and participating in Crate&Barrel store openings throughout the country and Canada. In conjunction with the merchandising aspects, I also managed a merchandising team of up to 23 associates. My role included hiring, training and the personnel development of the staff including performance appraisals.

Cardinal Key National Honor Society, Inc. is an organization for students of at least junior status in American colleges and universities who are leaders in the college community and who are deemed potential leaders in the future. The Society aims to honor these, inspire leadership in others, and utilize leadership capabilities in an active program of service to the school, community, and country. The purposes of Cardinal Key are to recognize achievement in scholarship and extracurricular activities; to advance personal growth, patriotism, and service by affording training for leadership in the college community; and to develop worthy character by application of the cardinal virtues of living.
