In the Gregg lab, I studied allele-specific expression during brain development in mice using genetic engineering, RNA sequencing, bioinformatics, and primary cell culture.

Constructed mammalian expression plasmids, used liquid-handling robots for high-throughput plasmid production, purified antibodies through affinity purification and chromatography, and assessed antibodies for immunogenicity towards improving half-life of engineered broadly neutralizing anti-HIV antibodies.
