Kathleen is responsible for leveraging the multi-office environment at MBJ to drive operational excellence.With a wealth of executive experience in financial and operational leadership for domestic and international firms, her responsibilities include guiding day-to-day operations, as well as analyzing the firm’s critical business requirements, identifying opportunities, and developing innovative and effective business solutions.Her leadership at Meyer Borgman Johnson, and on various boards and committees, reinforces her love of learning and understanding of the complex challenges of the AEC industry; and informs her commitment to fostering a dynamic, service-oriented, resilient, and purpose driven organization.

As TSP's Chief Operating Officer, worked directly with the CEO to provide leadership and strategic direction for this full-service A/E/C firm. Responsible for guiding and directing the Business Unit leaders throughout TSP's 8 regional offices to manage the production of company business. 

 Responsibilities included the development, design, operation, and implementation of the systems that create and deliver the firm's services to ensure efficient and effective business operations.

Brought on as President to lead and manage operations of this Mechanical and Electrical engineering services firm, serving industrial, institutional, and commercial clients. Responsibilities included overall firm performance, working with leadership to ensure profitability along with excellence in project delivery, client satisfaction, and staff development and growth. Firm achieved a 50% growth in size, revenue, and profit during my tenure, along with a transition to BIM capability.

Brought on as lead U.S. Financial Management executive for an international engineering company that provided services including financing, design, product application, project management, installation, start up, and training for client companies in a wide range of industries in connection with the CAM Group worldwide. Regularly engaged in contract review, financing, and negotiations with local and international leadership for a broad range of projects in the U.S., Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Brought on in 1994 to manage finance and administration for this well-established firm that provided mechanical and electrical design engineering services for large industrial clients. Subsequently promoted to Vice President and in 2000 became a Principal and 39% owner. Primary areas of responsibility were strategic planning, operations management, financial management, and information technology.
