Responsible for identifying, prioritizing and organizing programs, projects and other activities to support organizational goals, plans and strategies.Facilitates and coordinates the establishment of the program management definition, its structure and processes, from demand management and strategic alignment of projects and programs to portfolio categories and criteria.Oversees and direct activities of portfolio management as they relate to cost, resources, timeline and schedule of investments, expected nature, magnitude and timing of benefits to be realized, and relationship interdependencies with other projects. Engages with and conduct program reviews with senior management, stakeholder committees, and other relevant bodies to validate and assess the project portfolio, execute change and re-prioritize to meet business needs.Performs the regular health checks and lead reviews of any significant initiatives, projects or programs that are challenged and provide recommendations as to whether it should continue, be significantly changed, deferred or cancelled.
