Served as Council Director for the State of California. Specifically as a direct line of communication to the 21 local Associations and Members at Large with regards to strategic planning, local association issues, board bullets and other relevant information. Also assisted Local Associations in strategic planning, membership promotion, educational programs, mentoring programs and organization of new local associations. In the 2010-2011 term, only California succeeded in organizing a new local assocation known as The Insurance Professionals of the Desert.

Worked with the local Association within the State of California on Public Relations, Education, Safety, Community Service and communication with their members and their local communities.

On a local Association level- held the President's position for two years and worked with the local association and the board of directors in leadership development, community service and education.

Assisted the Council Director for the State of California with membership relations, development, retention.
