Hired, trained, and managed a 24-member Secretariat and a staff of 275+ Georgetown students.• Serve as a voting, board member of the Georgetown International Relations Association, Inc., a student-run 501(c)(3) non-profit that promotes youth education in international affairs, with $450,00 in annual revenue and $800,00 invested. • Spearheaded the first ever year-long delegate training on the MUN circuit to improve accessibility, inclusion, and equity.• Developed COVID-19 policies, forms, and procedures to ensure NAIMUN LIX occurred safely/delegates could test for free.

• Curated seven unique, engaging committees that shaped the brand of NAIMUN’s innovative new organ, “Non-Traditionals”; edited, revised, and assisted in writing topic abstracts and background guides to ensure an educational delegate experience. • Managed, trained, and energized a team of 30+ staff members such that they had the tools to make the first virtual NAIMUN a success; maintained frequent communication prior to deadlines and throughout the conference; offered support when needed.

• Planned and executed virtual fundraisers that culminated in NCSC raising $3,571 (or approx. $5.50 per delegate/staff member).• Coordinated the first ever Philanthropy Coalition on the Model UN Circuit by contacting and meeting with leaders from 20+ universities around the world, facilitating contract development between an ultimate 5 partner schools, and synergizing with these schools in order to amplify fundraising efforts for our chosen philanthropy, Relief International.• Conducted diligent outreach to potential keynote speakers, and ultimately Recruited Amb. Cynthia Schneider.

Since fall of Kabul:• Wrote and distributed semi-weekly (originally nightly) newsletters to members and friends of the Council containing real time intel about the situation on the ground, resources on evacuation and resettlement, and updates from the U.S. government, the U.N., and humanitarian agencies.• Managed the Council’s database of evacuee referrals in the Human Rights First/Afghan Evac Coalition portal. • Responded on an ad-hoc basis to needs that arose, including fielding member questions about options for evacuees, mobilizing student engagement, planning events, arranging meetings to coordinate partnerships with organizations such as welcome.us and Evacuate Our Allies, etc. Prior to Fall of Kabul: • Prepare for the 20th Anniversary Celebration by coordinating event-space usage with the White House Gender Policy Council, organizing monthly working-group meetings leading up to the event, and contacting human rights leaders, negotiators, diplomats, and policymakers to create an engaging agenda of panels, discussions, and speeches.• Write and design a monthly newsletter which features members’ publications and relevant news, reports, and events.• Designed data call survey using Qualtrics. Administered survey to 39 organizations and 86 individual high-profile members. Conducted in-depth follow up interviews with 12 individuals. Wrote 27-page 19th Annual Report using information gathered.

• Compiled an annotated bibliography on empirical literature that studies defined samples of human-trafficking Survivors in the U.S. and/or organizations that respond to human trafficking in the U.S. in order to study trends, successes, and failures in the U.S.'s human-trafficking survivor response.

• Interviewed faith leaders, refugees, and refugee-advocates and analyze literature on the intersection of religion and displacement in order to assess the role that faith-based organizations play in both responding to and creating crises of displacement.• Wrote two subsections for a comprehensive Berkley Center report on the aforementioned topic: one section on the Venezuelan Displacement Crisis and one section on Gender Based Violence.

• Voted in the Connecticut Democratic Convention to determine which people will serve as: Democratic National Committee Delegates, Presidential Electors, and Democratic State Central Committee delegates.• Voted in the 26th District State Senate Convention Confirmation to nominate the Democratic Candidate for State Senator.• Voted in the 142nd State District Convention to nominate the Democratic Candidate for State Representative.

• Arranged Congressional meetings and organized with indigenous land defenders in Guatemala to advocate against the use of U.S. investment in Central America for “development” projects that cause displacement of indigenous communities and environmental destruction. Orchestrated “Dear Colleague” letters in Congress against criminalization of indigenous activists.• Fundraised for GSP through organizing virtual events, applying for grants, and reaching out to potential partners/donors. • Researched current events and designed posts to curate a social media feed that consistently engaged the GSP community and reflected its vision. Increased Instagram (@guatemalasolidarityproject) following from 61 to over 1000 followers in 5 months.

• Organize and analyze data gathered in public opinion polls and focus groups such that analysts can make informed political strategy recommendations to progressive clients.• Draft memos and reports to efficiently present poll or focus group results to clients.• Crosscheck statistics in final memos and reports with original data to ensure all numbers are correct and proof to ensure spelling, grammar, and structure are all correct.

• Redesigned the LWV’s annual Voters’ Guide as both a paper mailer and a virtual subpage on the League’s website; included useful voter registration, vote-by-mail, and in-person-voting information as well as candidate bios and relevant questions

• Researched systemic racism in education, the criminal justice system, and voting; Designed a “Truth that Dares: Racial Justice Roadmap” resource guide for the LiveGirl website to educate and activate the LiveGirl Community.• Organized and hosted a panel of Black Gen Z Activists for LiveGirl’s “Listen, Learn, Act” Conversation series.• Wrote and presented to the LiveGirl Board a proposal of organizational changes that LiveGirl is now in the process of implementing to ensure their programming is actively antiracist, intersectional, and inclusive.

• Sent in three potential social media posts including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter posts every morning.• Created and edited campaign videos. • Designed a comprehensive social media plan that ensured each week prior to the election was/will be dedicated to either outlining Stephanie’s plans for a policy issue or highlighting a certain social justice issue.• Phone-banked for four hours each week.

Facilitated phone banking sessions with teams of ~10 people 2X/week to call into swing states. Spoke with eligible voters about voting Blue in 2020 to try to flip the Presidency.

•Devised a vision and pioneered the model for the new high school program of a non-profit dedicated to empowering and equipping the next generation of female leaders. •Edited grant proposals and met with potential investors to persuade them to direct funding to LiveGirl.•Mentored middle school girls to build their confidence foster leadership skills.
