Responsible for reference requests from over 280 attorneys spanning ten areas of law. Extremely efficient use of time resulting in prompt turn around of reference requests. Conduct research on Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw, and FirstSearch. Effective use of unregulated Internet resources. Manage all interlibrary loans with OCLC passport for windows or direct to law firms.
