Construction administration, site inspections, as well as project closeout , interior design and FF&E selections are also apart of my current role. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the involvement in diverse project types through all phases of design and construction. Allowing me the opportunity to experience:- Development of construction documents and coordination of specifications.- Communication of project challenges, opportunities, and solutions to the project team and project leaders.- Coordination of design objectives and integration with all disciplines of the design team- Construction administration and responding to submittals, shop drawings and RFI’s.- Architectural modeler for multiple projects in various CAD platforms.

At Commercial Property Consultants I was honored with opportunity to experience and gain knowledge in construction consultation. Working with John Higgins and Dave Garbo, I was able to observe and contribute to carrying out pre-loan document reviews, and post-loan site visits for draw request reviews and verifications.
