With over seven years of experience in various retail and office support roles, I have developed strong soft skills, customer support, and phone etiquette skills. As an Office Support Assistant at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, I provided administrative and clerical support for the faculty and staff, handled incoming and outgoing calls, and maintained records and files. Prior to that, I worked as a Retail Stock Clerk at Costco Wholesale and a Backstock Associate at The TJX Companies, where I assisted customers, stocked merchandise, and organized inventory. I also have a liberal arts background, having completed a degree in Liberal Arts: Humanities from Herkimer County Community College. I am passionate about learning new things, helping others, and working in a team-oriented environment.
