Designed and taught a course entitled, "The SEC Enforcement Process," emphasizing the laws and processes utilized in SEC investigations, including financial fraud, pump and dump schemes, internet fraud, market manipulation and insider trading; course included a testimony workshop.

Coordinated investigations with the U.S. Attorney's Office and F.B.I. concerning insider trading matters.
