I am a Senior SDR, specializing in customized, strategic delivery for both prospect and client alike. I do not think of myself only as an SDR, but as an account owner who is responsible for taking neccessary action to retain a client. I am responsible for 200 calls a day, keeping track of nurturing clients, and setting appointments. Beyond that, I took it upon myself to improve scripts for any client, making them more approachable in the precious five seconds we have to keep a prospect hooked.From here, I would utilize three different software and have them communication my information to the prospect, client, and our data base. Being organized is of upmost importance.I am also capable of sorting through collected data, determining whether or not it is qualified for an SDR list. The purpose of which is to save time, and provide more comphrensive lists to my coworkers that will ultimately yield higher results. I also correspond regularly with clients, explaining our processes, walking them through results, and ultimately helping them feel included in our success. This is one of my favorite steps, as I genuinely enjoy engaging with new people.

I confer with staff in order to gather information about float space, proposed themes and content, timelines, budgets, materials, and/or painting requirements. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles are then involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.

I was in charge of over 100 employees my age, where I practiced basic managerial skills in gaining respect from my peers. I also got experience learning new tasks quickly on the job, as I was expected to know the inner workings of anything spanning from the building itself the complex projectors that show the films.

I need to handle high volumes of people with top notch hospitality, while running computer programs and multitasking.
