Palvella Therapeutics is a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company whose vision is to become the leading rare disease company focused on developing and commercializing novel therapies to treat patients suffering from serious, rare genetic skin diseases for which there are no FDA-approved therapies. Our versatile QTORIN platform is designed to generate new therapies that penetrate the deep layers of the skin to locally treat a broad spectrum of rare skin diseases. Our lead product candidate, QTORIN rapamycin, is in clinical development for three genetic skin diseases: pachyonychia congenita, microcystic lymphatic malformations, and basal cell carcinomas in Gorlin syndrome patients. We have three ongoing clinical trials, including VAPAUS, our randomized, double-blind, Phase 3 clinical trial for the treatment of pachyonychia congenita.

Develop, implement and manage all aspects of the financial operations and organization to provide support for a publicly traded company. Built the financial infrastructure for a commercial business in anticipation of an FDA approval of the Company’s first commercial product.

Financial analysis and evaluation of all private equity investments, including financial review and valuation of potential investments, due diligence, and coordination and resolution of all legal issues for new investments. Managed portfolio company investments through review of financial results and board packages, board meeting participation, monetization analysis, debt and equity issue resolution, and IPO valuation and analysis.

Managed all internal and external financial reporting, including SEC reporting and all financial related information and analysis presented in the annual report, press releases, board presentations and investor conference calls and meetings. Served as the Marketing Controller for U.S. and Canadian Sales & Marketing groups, including sales and pricing analyses, forecasting, project tracking and special projects.
