I manage and create content for 4 of the company’s and founder's websites, write newsletters, blog posts, and articles, work on internal and external marketing communications, content for business plans, and sales presentations, and manage the company's LinkedIn accounts.

- Worked as the Anglophone Montessori teacher, in a bilingual classroom with 30 children aged 3-6.

- Managed each stage of the B2B sales proposal production process for global sales bids including compilation and coordination of prospect/client profile information; bid analysis and strategy planning; identification and coordination of resource requirements; creation of project timelines.- Coordinated and liaised with sales teams, product owners, and subject matter experts worldwide, to collate local financial offers and qualitative input. - Ensured sales proposal text was tailored to client-specific requirements, and that it adhered to CWT’s marketing and global branding guidelines.- Attended CWT training seminars in order to further improve bid management skills.- Attended information seminars, either on site, or via conference calls with colleagues abroad, presented by subject matter experts of other departments, in order to more optimally tailor bid responses to prospective client’s questions.- Was responsible for updating CWT’s CRM system with relevant company and organizational data related to the client for which we were bidding.

HEALTH & CARE DIVISION (Feb 2007 – Aug 2007):- Managed the final 7 months of the re-branding and re-launch of U.K. based brand Lanes, the leading vitamin and food supplements brand in Greece’s pharmaceutical Over-the-Counter (OTC) market.- Analysed all former and new relevant market research in order to best position the brand.- Worked closely with the Creative Department based in the U.K., in order to design the new re-branded packaging for all Lanes products sold on the Greek market.- Launched a highly competitive new range of Lanes multivitamins, lead the R&D meetings for new product development (of products tailored to the Greek OTC market), and prepared strategic marketing plans for their rollout.- Prepared the 2008 budget and forecasts.- Launched 4 new products for the French brand Laboratoire Physcience, into the OTC market of beauty pills and complements.- Worked closely with the sales teams, in order to create promotional events for the new products being placed in pharmacies.OtoTOP, CAR CARE DIVISION (Jan 2005 – Jan 2007): - Was the Brand Manager responsible for Michelin, Valeo, SWF and Guard wiper-blades, König and Guard snow chains, Turtle Wax and Guard car care chemicals & cleaning accessories.- Worked alongside the Marketing Director to launch Michelin wiper-blades onto the Greek market for the first time, following elaborate market research, collaboration with the France-based Michelin team, packaging alterations, etc.- Managed the entirety of the rebranding of the aged Greek car-care brand, Guard. This included working closely with the Creative Department in order to come up with new packaging for all products (over 100 SKUs).- Conducted market research, R&D meetings with technical experts for how to improve the chemical consistencies of the more technical products, sampling new products from Germany and China, working closely with our experienced Sales Teams.- Helped train a new Assistant Brand Manager.

- Conducted training seminars for 250 English speaking volunteers. Trained them to work as interpreters between the athletes and the press.- Assisted in the studio recordings for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.- Was the Language Services Venue Manager at the Paralympics.
