As a kid, my family would ask me why I was so “nhiều chuyện” and “tò mò”. They were basically telling me in Vietnamese that I was annoyingly nosy and inquisitive. I’ve grown a lot since then. But at my core, I’m still deeply curious about how people engage with the world around them—why they act, think, and feel the way they do.And so I’ve spent the last decade of my career asking and answering a lot of questions, primarily around the intersection of human behavior, culture, and technology. Coming into UX research by way of a career in advertising, I know how to tell a good story. I share insights in ways that engage, that resonate, that galvanize teams to action. Because tbh, if no one’s reading or using my research, did I actually even do it?
