*After the company’s recent rebrand, I executed a variety of projects that intertwined marketing , technology and customer service to implement our mission.*Operated a project called RealTruckers Health in which I called our clients to activate their free health and wellness programs. This included listening to Trucker’s concerns and questions, educating them on the importance of health, communicating how to use technology in a clear way, and maintaining an ongoing relationship with the Trucker to help them in the future.*Logged each interaction and took diligent notes for research purposes. *Designed paper and digital materials in marketing for ads, social media, office and client use. *Led team onboarding events for clients in which I developed, refocused, and improved the effectiveness of training, communication and customer service. *Cultivated lasting impressions with my customer service skills and creativeness. *Experience with Excel and Hubspot

*Organize, supply, and prepare inventory for shifts. Popped popcorn, displayed candy, and restocked sodas in Movie Theater and created a variety of signature coffee beverages and pastries in the Grind house Coffee Shop. *Communicate products and purchases to customers and cook orders while providing positive customer service to customers.*Sanitized, organized, products and machinery for a more efficient work environment for the betterment of other employees.

*Foster Relationships with young adult cancer survivors and potential investors.*Designed social media content with Canva and shared content through Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter Cultivated partnerships with local business to obtain silent auction items and hosted a fundraiser that raised over $3000.

*Captivated visitors with information and education about animals in a friendly, positive manner. *Observed animals for government funded research and tended to animals dietary , sanitary, and health needs.

*Entertained special needs teens while encouraging confidence, cultivating fun, and nurturing special accommodations. *Facilitated planned activities, managed schedules, mentoried teens emotional health, and nursed physical ailments for the safely and wellbeing of campers and counselors.
