CurrentDedicated to providing a higher level of customer service to a customer base of about 350 of our highest spending and most loyal clients.• Through intentional interaction, work to develop a strong relationship with both customers and colleagues to create a greater collaborative partnership.• Provide prompt and creative resolutions for customers to further establish loyalty to the company.• Invest in the growth and success of the team through leading development discussions, scheduling morale events, training summer interns, sharing new and developing industry trends, and sending training reminders.• Listen actively for opportunities to improve the Platinum customer experience and share feedback with the team to strategize a plan for action.• Complete all necessary vendor trainings and PKC modules and received CFSP to further industry comprehension.
