● Proposes new projects, builds sponsorship, gains resource commitments, and drives project and initiative results.● Researches and identifies prospective new donors, develops fundraising goals, and proactively initiates sponsorships and funding.● Assist in writing grant proposals and developing event opportunities● Establishes strong relationships with key decision makers at partner organizations to craft mutually beneficial strategies and execute joint initiatives to launch new and improve existing products and services.● Identifies cross-department potential conflicts and synergies while working with internal stakeholders to identify areas to improve efficiencies and build capacity throughout the agency.
