I source and identify the manufacturing industry’s newest talent and specialize in recruiting co op and entry level project engineers for meaningful opportunities throughout USG Corporation’s 40+ manufacturing plants across the U.S. and Canada.I manage the college recruiting process for USG's Manufacturing Division from the initial planning and oversite of campus recruitment activities through the candidates’ final on boarding.I enjoy working with engineering co ops and graduates and am impressed with the knowledge, skills and enthusiasm they possess as they begin their careers.
