The Longest Day is a year-round fundraising campaign culminating on the day with most light - the summer solstice. Every year, participants create their own DIY event while raising funds and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association. I love people! From managing volunteers to stewarding donors and building new relationships, I thrive on being organized and making my team feel engaged and successful. I drive recruitment and training of diverse teams, volunteers and events to raise awareness and fundraise for the entire state of Michigan. As a Senior Events Manager, Life Activation Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, I bring passion and dedication to whichever hat I am currently wearing. In my free time, I enjoy hosting chair yoga teacher trainings, meditation classes and holistic services at Beyond Mindful & Counseling in Lake Orion. I am additionally completing my Master’s in clinical mental health counseling at Oakland University.
