As a strategic pricing manager, I create pricing models for alternative fee arrangements that provide superior value to clients while maximizing firm profitability. I oversee the Firm's annual timekeeper rate setting process for over 1,600 attorneys globally and manage a team of 2 managers & 1 analyst. In my role, I often coach attorneys through effective legal project pricing that aligns our client's goals with the firm’s financial objectives. This often involves defining project scope and understanding key law firm profitability drivers such as staffing and utilization. I also partner with practice groups and our Legal Project Management team to make data-based recommendations to boost the financial performance of current and prospective clients.
