My career at URS Corporation spanned 11 years with progressively more responsible roles. The last 5 years were spent leading Financial Planning & Analysis for the Infrastructure & Environment Division (~$3.8 billion in turnover and 20,000 employees).

• Guided over 400 people across numerous functions through the planning and budgeting process for a $4 billion turnover division• Coordinated logistics including the approvals, communications and calculations for the division’s annual incentive compensation plan• Planned semi-annual strategy meetings and associated presentations for the division• Led a team of analysts and a controller on financial analyses and management reports• Chaired a committee reviewing, approving and holding accountable internal growth investments• Oversaw the efficient operations, annual upgrades, and improvements of planning and reporting in Hyperion
