As Chief People Officer at Microsoft, I’m focused on empowering our 220,000+ global employees to achieve our company’s mission, and together with them, creating a culture that attracts and inspires the world’s most passionate talent. I love working with our employees to transform our culture into a more diverse, inclusive environment where everyone can learn and thrive. I’m inspired every day by our people and the way they’re changing the world. I also sit on the board of the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) as well as the SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) Executive Council. As a breast cancer survivor and former board member of the Puget Sound affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, I lend my personal and business perspective to that board of directors. I’m also involved in the Seattle community and sit on the board of the Alaska Air Group.
