Manage a team of full desk Recruiters that specialize in placing Accounting and Finance professionals in direct hire roles throughout the Tampa Bay area. As a Manager in a production role I am responsible for developing clients by building partnerships with many local companies and hiring managers that have staffing needs and recruiting candidates that satisfy their requirements. I proactively built a candidate pipeline of Accounting, Finance, Audit and Tax professionals so that I could respond to my client’s needs quickly with qualified candidates for their positions. I am also skilled at taking on niche Executive level searches and performing national searches successfully. Working with candidates I always try to find out what their interests are and what they are looking for in their next role. I have been able to provide each individual insight on what types of opportunities are available in our market and what they can expect to receive in terms of compensation for their skill set in the Tampa market. When the candidates interests align with the job opportunity I help them throughout the process starting with preparing them for the interview, debriefing after the interview, thank you notes, assistance with compensation negotiation, and helping them throughout the resignation process and how to handle counter offers from their current employers. I believe my approach has allowed me to build very strong relationships with my clients and candidates over the years.
