Kathlene Meadows is a biologist and environmental consultant with over 30 years’ experience in numerous ecosystems throughout the western United States. She specializes in biological and environmental assessments; and has completed 100's of field surveys, documentation, and reporting conforming to the regulations and laws of the public entity, including NEPA documentation throughout Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas. She is a Project Manager who prepares and manages scopes, budgets, inter-office and subconsultant contacts, coordinates schedules and staff, data management and deliverables; provides senior technical review and mentoring. Ms. Meadows created the mobile GIS field data collection system while working at Stantec.
