-Delivers comprehensive accounts-related administrative support to the Property Management & General Accounts of Departments. -Collaborates with the Head of Property Management to oversee daily accounting operations, encompassing receipting, bank reconciliation, accounts payable invoice entry, meticulous data entry, issuance of arrears and service report letters, receipt of reports, task updating, assistance in payment runs, outgoing reconciliations, and professional email correspondence. -Proficiently addresses customer inquiries related to invoicing issues, ensuring thorough verification and resolution of discrepancies.

Proficiently manage record-keeping and process accounts payable and receivable invoices utilizing SAP Business One. Execute precise tracking and computation of freight using Excel, generate receiving tickets for A/R delivery invoicing, and maintain effective communication with customers through email.

Liable and responsible for the record keeping of the organization's cash inflows and outflows. Prepares transparency and liquidation report of the organization at year-end.
