The Connecticut State Dental Association is a statewide, professional membership organization representing Connecticut licensed dentists. CSDA members are committed to protecting the health and well-being of people of all ages. CSDA was established in 1864 to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care from dental professionals. With a statewide membership of approximately 2,200 members, the CSDA represents nearly 63% of all licensed dentists in Connecticut.The CSDA is the voice of Connecticut licensed dentist in the Legislature. It maintains a clear and consistent message that dentistry is health care that works. The CSDA supports legislation that protects the high quality of dental care that Connecticut residents receive.The CSDA also sponsors statewide public outreach programs that highlight the importance of good dental health for people of all ages.

Community based charity, supplying clothing and other items to local families in need. 100% volunteer staffed. Core duties in administering the program include working one on one with families, coordinating donations and volunteers, publicity and establishing operational policies and procedures as required to ensure smooth functioning of the program. Interface with state and local agencies to meet critical needs of families and caregivers.

The Connecticut Burns Care Foundation (CBCF), Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the prevention of burn tragedies and the care of burn survivors. CBCF provides aid to burn care units; promotes the education of public and professional personnel for burn care treatment; promotes burn prevention; promotes research on burn care; and other matters as may relate to burn care. We are proud to operate the Arthur C. Luf Children's Burn Camp, dedicated to help children recover and cope with the emotional and physical challenges that they encounter as a result of their burn injuries. The Children’s Burn Camp serves children worldwide – no child is denied.

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual donors, manage all aspects of marketing and public relations, implement annual community appeal ($850,000 -$1,000,000). Worked with for profit comanies to make strategic hiring choices for executive level positions, focusing on IT personnel.

Federal lobbyist focused on HIPAA regulations and medical coding practice. Event planning for local, regional and national conferences. Assisted members in identifying best methods to start and build practices, including strategic planning, implementing human relations policies, and forecasting facility development.

Created the organization's global lobbying program to represent the electronic gaming industry, serving founding members including Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony. Trained foriegn and domestic law enforcement to detect pirated and counterfeit goods; led legal teams in adjudicating cases against software pirates. Led NGO training internationally and regularly spoke at conferences around the globe on intellectual property rights. Worked extensively with U.S. Trade Representative, U.S. Commerce Department and others to develop global strategies to protect the $25 billion industry’s rights. Testified before the House Judiciary Committee on behalf of multiple trade associations regarding the assignment of Internet domain names.
