CurrentWorking with the KPMG Workforce & HR Advisory practice as part of KPMG Consulting, I'm responsible for leading the instructional design and development process to craft impactful learning and development solutions that enhance individual capabilities and drive organisational growth.My projects include the design and development of:• Dept of Treasury (WA): 3 courses (consisting of 24 activities, 7 nudges) for public sector CFOs on key fundamentals, budget processes and financial risk… Show more Working with the KPMG Workforce & HR Advisory practice as part of KPMG Consulting, I'm responsible for leading the instructional design and development process to craft impactful learning and development solutions that enhance individual capabilities and drive organisational growth.My projects include the design and development of:• Dept of Treasury (WA): 3 courses (consisting of 24 activities, 7 nudges) for public sector CFOs on key fundamentals, budget processes and financial risk and internal controls.• ASIC: A Leadership Toolkit and a series of 10 micro learns (Articulate Storyline) around Cyber Safety.• Arrilla Indigenous Consulting: 5 online modules (Articulate Rise) and a Facilitator Pack on First Nations Cultural Competency.• ACT Public Service: 5 micro-learns (Evolve), 5 module guides on Hybrid Leadership and a Hybrid Team Charter activity and template for ACTPS leaders.• Governing for Reform in Aged Care: 4 core and 13 elective online modules for board members and executive leadership on the aged care reforms.• KPMG Learning Services: A number of learning pathways on Diversity and Inclusion (consisting of 8 courses with a total of 81 activities, 28 nudges) and Leadership Development (consisting of 11 courses with a total of 102 activities, 30 nudges).The scope of work includes:• Creation of design templates, processes and guidelines• Scoping of pathway, course topics and learning modalities• Stakeholder engagement throughout the projects• Design and maintenance of the high level design and detailed design documents/storyboards for all learning assets in a course (e.g. eLearns, podcasts, videos, animations, instructor and virtual-led training, discussion forums, communities of practice, peer activities, manager discussions etc.)• Training and coaching of other Learning Designers working on the projects• Coordinating, monitoring and reviewing of work completed by third-party providers and internal Learning Designers.
