I have over 20 years' experience within the learning and development industry, predominantly in L&D management, instructional design, consultant and project management roles. I like to work collaboratively to determine the learning and development objectives and needs, then build and implement a solution to achieve these. With a wealth of experience across all industries, both in the public and private sector, I pride myself on implementing learning solutions that exceed expected outcomes and industry-standard principles and methodologies.I completed my Masters Degree in Training and Development in 2008. This gave me a thorough insight into training techniques and methodologies, training needs analysis, adult learning principles, instructional design and facilitation from both a theoretical and practical point-of-view. I have completed a number of large scale learning & development projects with clients across a vast array of industries.
