From pop-up tastings in London, to sourcing new wines from exciting regions, Bibendum is the most accessible and relevant wine company in the industry'Responsibilities:Learning and Development- Managed a project to create the first competency measured development programme to be implemented in to the Customer Ordering Team in the new financial yearTraining- Inducted 27 new starters within the Customer Ordering, Sales Support and Olympic Support teams- Assessed ongoing training needs for 31 members of staff. - Designed and delivered training workshops for software programme Maginus, logistic process changes, product knowledge and soft skills including FISH! Responsibilities:- Supporting the sales team with account maintenance and urgent order queries.- Processing customer orders for On-Trade accounts, Independents and Agencies- Responsible for processing orders and maintaining positive relations for ‘Sensitive’ account groups.- Facing general customer complaints and resolving issues via communication with the appropriate departments. Outside of the role:- Assisting the claims department with investigating and crediting returns.- Writing monthly for the company blog, bibendum-times.co.uk; wine, food and travel posts.- Assisting at marketing events such as the Annual Tasting, LIWF, Bordeaux en primeur tasting and Ascot wine fair.

4 month Internship Responsibilities:-Assisting with marketing for the company's home season performances in San Francisco and Oakland, CA.-Drawing up tour contracts and itineraries.-Researching and editing grant applications-PR activities, representing the Company at festivals and fundraisers -Assisting in coordinating 800 children and adults, with and without disabilities, to attend community performances.-Assisting in coordinating an Open Rehearsal for Commissioners-Undertaking general administrative work including databasing using salesforce.
